Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the responsibility of the carrier. We are not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after confirmed shipment, but we will make reasonable efforts to help you resolve the issue.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product availability, warehouse handling, or packaging requirements. If this occurs, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
