Refund policy

At Duole, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Underwear or intimate garments
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so our support team can quickly assist you.

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will provide return instructions and the return address
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time, please:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company as it may take time before the refund is officially posted
  • Contact your bank for additional processing time

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact our support team.
